Receive Your Exchange:
Once the returned item is received and processed, we will ship your exchange item. Exchange shipping is free for domestic orders. You will receive a tracking number for your exchanged item.
Exchanging for a Different Product:
If you want to exchange for an entirely different product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. Refunds will be processed as per the return policy.
